Wood Floor Installation for "Gods Moving in Places" at IFA-Galerie Berlin by Mathieu Kleyebe Abonnenc

This project involved the creation of a wood floor installation designed for the "Gods Moving in Places" exhibition at IFA-Galerie Berlin, curated by artist Mathieu Kleyebe Abonnenc. The installation comprises approximately 300 meticulously crafted birch plywood tiles, each individually charred to achieve a uniform dark color and distinctive texture.

Notably, this installation features an on-site CNC routing process, where a limited number of characters were precisely CNC-routed directly onto the floor, adding artistic elements and narrative depth to the exhibition space.
